• Activate

  The first step in our process is to intimately get to know your business and your data.  This process will be managed through our Client Connexion portal and pair you with our activation team who will ensure all the right steps are in place for your dedicated practitioner to take over and take sales tax off your plate. 

• You send us the data

  TaxConnex Client Connexion provides a secure and easy-to-use portal to upload your prior months sales data to start your monthly compliance process.

• We process the data

  Your dedicated practitioner will review and process your data to create a Tax Liability Report (TLR). This report will provide a detailed account of each jurisdiction and the amount of tax liability owed that period. The TLR is designed to provide clarity and confidence in reconciling to your general ledger. 

• You send us the funds

  Upon reviewing and approving the Tax Liability Report, all liabilities due will be sent to TaxConnex to remit on your behalf. The funds can be transferred to TaxConnex via ACH Debit, ACH Credit or Wire Transfer. 

• We file and pay your taxes

  Utilizing the funds you provided, we file and pay your tax liability out of our accounts. We ensure filings are done correctly and on time, remove the burden and liability off of you. 

• We take care of the rest

  By removing the review of sales tax data files, the filing of individual returns and confirming all transactions have cleared, TaxConnex will own the process from start to finish. This includes managing notices, renewing sales and use tax business licenses, updating filing frequencies, questing irregularities in data and personally logging into all jurisdictions to ensure all compliance requirements are met. All of this plus 2 hours of ad-hoc support to manage all the little things that come up related to sales tax.
